When an ad audit makes sense

If you recognize your situation in at least one point, the audit will show what to fix.

Too few leads

There are clicks and impressions, but they don't turn into inquiries and sales.

Leads are too expensive

The ads bring leads, but they cost too much and don't pay off.

Unclear where the budget goes

Money is being spent, but it's unclear which campaigns deliver results and which don't.

Ads haven't been updated in a while

Nobody has touched the campaigns for months: search terms, bids and ads are the same as on launch day.

Set up by another specialist

You have doubts about the setup quality or want to check the current work.

You need a second opinion

Before switching contractors or increasing the budget, it helps to understand what's really going on in the account.

Audit price

A fixed price you know upfront.

What the audit covers

I look not only at settings but at the logic of your ads: structure, search terms and why leads are lost. Every audit is tailored to the project, no box-ticking checklists.

Discuss your project First consultation is free

Account structure

How logically campaigns and ad groups are built and how easy the ads are to manage.

Keywords

Search term relevance, junk traffic and missing keywords.

Ads

Match with search terms, clarity of the offer and competitiveness.

Analytics

Lead tracking accuracy: whether the data can be trusted.

Campaign settings

Bid strategies, geography, devices and other parameters.

Performance

Where the budget is lost and which elements perform worst.

What you get after the audit

A document you can hand to any specialist and implement point by point.

Prioritized issues

Every issue is marked critical, important or improve. You can see right away where to start.

The cost of each issue

Next to each issue: an estimate of how much budget it eats or how many leads are lost.

Plan for each campaign

What to change in each campaign: search terms, bids, ads, geo and schedule.

Analytics check

Whether conversions can be trusted: no duplicates, gaps or goals like page views.

Irrelevant searches

Which searches spent budget without leads and what to exclude in each campaign.

Results walkthrough

We go over the findings on a call or in chat, and I answer your questions.

Process

Six steps from your request to the results walkthrough.

Good afternoon! Sergey, I want to thank you for the great work managing my store's Google Ads!
I'm completely happy with your approach. You don't just complete the tasks you're given, you also suggest ideas and options for improving the ads yourself.
I really value this approach and how invested you are in the results. Working with you is pleasant and stress-free, because I know my ads are handled by a specialist who genuinely cares about their effectiveness.
Thank you for your work and professional approach! I'll be glad to keep working together! 😊

Could you write a short review about working with me? I'd like to add it to my website so there are more real cases.

Sure, I'll write it now

👍

The ads have become clearer and more predictable now. Before, there were spikes: some days there were leads, other days total silence. Now the flow is much steadier.

Cost-wise it's better too. I won't say it dropped several times over, but it went down noticeably. I also like that you keep fine-tuning things instead of just launching and leaving it.

Overall I'm happy with the results, we'll keep working together

Could I ask you to leave a short review about our work? Just a message here, I'll take a screenshot from Telegram later. I'd like to add a few reviews to my website

We've been working together for a few months, and in that time we managed to lower the cost per lead by about 15-20% without increasing the budget.

What matters to me is that the ads have become more manageable: it's clear where leads come from and what we're paying for. Plus there's always feedback and proper explanations of the changes.

Happy with the results, thank you. I plan to keep scaling

About

My name is Sergey, and I'm an independent Google Ads specialist.

I started with SEO at the Netpeak agency and worked my way up from Junior to Team Lead. That's where I realized PPC suits me better: results depend directly on analytics and the specialist's decisions.

I've been working on my own since 2017. Every change I make is based on data or a clear hypothesis, and I explain things in plain language.

Hands-on PPC experience since 2017, in digital marketing since 2014.

Questions and answers

A quick look at how the audit works.

What does a Google Ads audit include?
I check account structure, keywords, ads, bids, settings, analytics and conversions. The result is a list of specific issues and recommendations for improvement.
How is the audit different from the free express audit?
The express audit takes 2 business days and shows the main issues across six areas. The full audit reviews every campaign, gives a fix plan for each one and a walkthrough on a call. If you're not sure, start with the free one: it will show whether you need the full audit.
Is an audit useful if the ads are already running?
Yes, that's actually when it's needed most. It helps find room for growth and lower the cost per lead.
Can I skip management after the audit?
Yes. The fix plan is written so that your specialist or you yourself can implement it. If you prefer, I'll implement it myself, and then I'll credit the audit cost toward the first month of management.
How long does the audit take?
Usually 3 to 5 business days, depending on account size and number of campaigns.
In what form will I get the results?
A document with prioritized issues, their estimated cost and a fix plan for each campaign. Then a call or chat, whichever you prefer.
Do you need access to the ad account?
Yes, a proper audit is impossible without access. Read-only access is enough.
Is an audit useful for a new account?
No, an audit makes sense once ads have been running and there's data to analyze. For new projects it's better to start with a proper setup.
