Don't create a new account
Google quickly links a new Merchant Center for the same website to the suspended one and suspends it for circumventing systems. After that, neither can be restored.
I'll find out why Google suspended your Merchant Center or disapproved your products, help fix the website and feed, and request a new review. Most important before that: don't create a new account and don't request a review until the cause is fixed. Fixed price: $100.
These three rules often decide whether your products get back into ads.
Google quickly links a new Merchant Center for the same website to the suspended one and suspends it for circumventing systems. After that, neither can be restored.
If the cause isn't fixed, Google will reject the request. After several rejections a cooldown kicks in when you can't request a new review, so every attempt needs preparation.
You'll need the company name, address, phone, and shipping, payment and return terms. Sometimes Google asks to confirm the details with documents.
The exact reason is shown in the notification and in the Diagnostics section. These are the most common ones.
The most common reason. No contacts or company details on the website, incomplete shipping and return terms, unrealistic discounts, copied texts and photos.
The price, availability or currency in the feed differs from the website, the price is only visible after sign-up, the sale price doesn't match the cart.
The cart or checkout doesn't work, there's no secure connection, product pages don't open for Google's crawler.
The domain isn't verified or claimed, it's claimed in another account, or the site moved to a new address without updating the settings.
The feed contains products Google doesn't allow or restricts: medicines, some supplements, weapons, counterfeit goods.
New accounts after a suspension, different content for shoppers and for Google's crawler, attempts to get around past disapprovals.
I work with your Merchant Center through access, no passwords needed.
With access, I check the suspension reason, the Diagnostics section, disapproved products and the history of past reviews.
I compare prices, availability and shipping in the feed and on the website, and check contacts, company details, policy pages and checkout.
You get a specific list of what to fix on the website, in the feed and in Merchant Center settings. Much of it can be fixed in 1-2 days.
Once everything is fixed, I submit the review request and, if Google asks, help verify your business details.
I track the status and answer Google's requests. After the unblock, I check that your products are back in ads.
Nobody can guarantee an unblock: not a specialist, not an agency, not a "friend at Google". Google makes the decision. Before you pay, I'll look at the notification and tell you plainly whether there's a chance.
A fixed price you know upfront.
Suspension reason review, fixes and a new review
Paid upfront. You pay for the work: Google decides on the unblock, and nobody can guarantee it.
After an unblock, the account is reviewed more strictly for a while. To avoid a repeat:
Your account isn't suspended yet, but Diagnostics shows lots of warnings? Message me, it's better to fix that before a suspension.
Usually up to a week. If Google asks to verify your business details, it can take longer.
No. A new account for the same website is usually suspended for circumventing systems, and after that restoring the old one is almost impossible.
There's still a chance if you find and fix the real cause. But after several rejections Google adds a pause before the next request, so you shouldn't repeat the review without changes.
Yes, to see the exact reason and diagnostics. Just add my email as a user in Merchant Center.
$100 one-time: cause review, list of fixes, review request and follow-up until Google responds. Paid upfront. The first consultation is free: before you pay, I'll look at the notification and tell you whether there's a chance.
That's usually simpler: the reason is shown in Diagnostics for each product, and fixes in the feed and on product pages are often enough. I can help with that too.
That's a separate review with its own reasons. See the Google Ads account unblocking page.
Send me a screenshot of the suspension notice and your website link on Telegram or Viber. I'll tell you whether there's a chance and where to start.
